- Grew up in India. Engineer by education. Timid by nature. Thought that was the only thing I could do.
- 16 years in tech. comfortable paycheck. A comfortable life. Also, comfortably numb.
- 4-time entrepreneur. Learned my lessons the hard way. (I was too proud to listen to advice or accept help when offered)
- Today, I coach, support, and guide the leaders in my portfolio companies to go beyond the limits of conventional success and create multi-generational impact.
I wasn’t supposed to be here. read my full story
I wasn’t meant to be doing what I am doing today. There is nothing in my history, skills, or education that could predict what I do today.
It was 2011, and I had just decided to organise an anti-corruption protest march. As an introverted techie, I had no idea what all would be involved, and I was filled with self-doubt and anxiety.
When I shared this with my mother, she replied, “Yes, it is crazy. But you can do that. You will find a way. Just put one foot after the next.”
Her words gave me the strength to organise what would turn out to be 400 people walking 11 km for the march.
I lost my mother the next year – in 2012. It was only then I realised that how much of a rock she was for me. I took on and achieved multiple impossible milestones only because she was my rock.
Today, I carry her legacy forward by being a rock for others.
I am here to shatter limits, wake you up to what’s truly possible, and to eliminate meaningless work, burnout, and toxic stress.
I stand for a world where people wake up excited to go to work, to feel alive in what they do, and to know they are making a difference.
My whole life has been a training for what I do today. I don’t do incremental. I don’t do small. And I certainly don’t do conventional.
If you want to view my work as a photographer, take a look at these from Amsterdam, Paris, Italy, London, and India. If you are into photo essays, you can see my photo essay from Kumbh Mela, or from the streets of Kolkata or Amsterdam.
I have spent a lifetime holding back on my dreams – until it became suffocating and depressing.
Then, a breaking point. I walked away to build a life on my terms.
Today, I partner with companies stuck at 5-10M$ to scale them over $100M – on their own terms. But the numbers aren’t the point.
The real goal: to build companies and leaders who shape the next ten generations. and to have a lot of fun in the process.
